MORGAN HILL CASE - NOTICE OF DISCLOSURE OF STUDENT RECORDS

FERPA NOTICE AND OBJECTION FORM

The California Department of Education (CDE) has requested that school districts throughout the State post the following link to CDE’s website (http://www.cde.ca.gov/morganhillcase) to provide parents notice of the disclosure of student records pursuant to a Court Order issued in the Morgan Hill v. CDE lawsuit. The CDE website provides a Notice and an Objection Form should you wish to object to the disclosure of your child’s personally identifiable information.
