Kindergarten Registration Procedure
 
Packets will be released on: March 12, 2012
 
Please return your completed packet on: March 28, 2012

(The above dates have been changed from an earlier posting)
 
Packets can NOT be received without the following documents:
 
  •  A valid address in Yorba Linda within our school boundaries:
  • Verification is by TWO of the following: electric bill, gas bill, property tax, income tax, payroll stub/unemployment check, social service documents (all documents MUST be current
  • In the case where utilities are included in the rental or lease agreement, a copy of the agreement on Property Management letterhead along with a Rental Supplemental form.
  • Proof of age:
  • Official birth certificate (not hospital document), or
  • Passport
(The student must be five (5) by November 1, 2007 to be eligible for kindergarten)
 

    Official immunization records are required for certifying up-to-date immunizations for each student. The Immunization Information file includes our immunization guidelines.
